Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and safely returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item was delivered correctly and is not defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Artolia Studio will cover the return costs when a return is required and will provide a refund or replacement depending on the situation and product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review your request quickly.

Once the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following:

A refund, or

A replacement item, if available.

Because our ceramics are handmade, exact replacements may not always be available.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Items returned damaged due to improper return packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges upon customer request, subject to product availability.

Because our items are handmade, replacement pieces may vary slightly in size, color, glaze, or finish.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be subject to our return policy.
