Orders are typically prepared and shipped by the next business day after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will typically be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, product launches, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an update and handle the delay in accordance with applicable law.

We currently ship within the United States.

All orders are shipped from Maryland, United States.

Delivery Time

Delivery times shown at checkout or provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Most orders arrive within approximately 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Artolia Studio is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist customers when possible if a shipping issue occurs.

Packaging

Because our products are handmade ceramics, we carefully package each order to help protect items during transit.

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, please follow the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within the stated timeframe.

Lost Packages

If a package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at artoliastudio@gmail.com.

We will review the tracking information and work with the shipping carrier when appropriate to investigate the issue.

If the carrier confirms that a package is lost before delivery, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement if available or a refund.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check the delivery address, mailbox, porch, front desk, mailroom, neighbors, or household members.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and assist where possible.

Artolia Studio is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after a package has been confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Artolia Studio is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
